- Step by Step Home Care Guide - End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Licensee" or "You") and [Golden Heart Home Care] ("Licensor" or "We") for the use of the digital product known as "Step by Step Home Care Guide" (the "Product"). By purchasing and downloading the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

5. Warranty and Disclaimer:
The Product is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Licensor does not warrant that the Product will meet your requirements or be error-free. Licensor is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of using the Product.
6. Limitation of Liability:
Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profits, arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.
7. Governing Law:
